What this site collects, and what it doesn't

Built-in site measurement (no personal data)

Every page sends a small first-party signal to this site's own server when things happen that tell me if the site works: a page loads, a guide is read, the assessment is scored, a call-to-action is clicked. These signals carry no email, no name, no IP address, and no cross-site identifier. They record the event, the page, a coarse country from the network edge, and (for the assessment) your score and band. Nothing here can identify you.

There are no cookies in this layer and nothing is shared with a third party. Records delete themselves automatically after 180 days. This runs everywhere, because there is nothing personal to consent to.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

The site also uses two third-party tools: Google Analytics 4, for audience and traffic reporting, and Microsoft Clarity, for anonymized heatmaps and session replay that show where people get stuck. Both can set cookies and both send data to their providers. Clarity masks the text you type by default, and I keep that masking on.

In the European Union, the wider EEA, and the United Kingdom, these load only after you accept the banner. In California and Switzerland, they are on by default, but you are shown the same banner and can decline. Everywhere else they are on by default, and you can turn them off any time with the controls below. This is handled through Google Consent Mode, so your choice is respected.

When you email me or submit a form

If you leave your email, book a call, or send the assessment for a follow-up, that information goes to my customer system (Close) so I can reply. It travels encrypted, and I store what you gave me: your email, anything you typed, and your assessment score if you took it. I use it to follow up with you and nothing else. No spam, no list rental, no reselling.

Links in my emails carry a tag so I can tell that a click, a signup, or a booked call came from you rather than an anonymous visitor. That tag maps back to your record in my system; it is not shared onward.

Your choices

Where the banner appears, Accept and Decline carry equal weight and the site works the same either way. You can change your mind whenever you like: use Cookie preferences in the footer to reopen it.

California residents: I do not sell or share your personal information in the way that term is used under California law, and you can opt out of the analytics tools above with the same control. To ask what I hold about you, or to have it deleted, email the address below.

If we work together

Client data from an engagement is handled to a higher standard than site analytics, spelled out on the services section: read-only access scoped to what a review needs, personal details stripped or masked on export, a dedicated encrypted workspace per client, and deletion with written confirmation when the work ends.
